It can be difficult to answer the phone while in appointments or on the road and Dr Brittany is a one man team; your vet and receptionist! Dr Brittany endeavours to return missed calls between or after appointments. If you send a text, it’ often possible to send a quick reply while out and about. If you don’t get a reply back on the day, you have not been forgotten and a reply will come as soon as possible.
You could also use our Online Booking system to arrange your appointment.
+ How Do I Prepare For A Mobile Vet Appointment?
+ For dogs, it is best to have a collar or harness on them, with a lead at the ready. This helps with restraint during the examination.
+ For cats, please have them contained in a familiar room with no difficult to access hiding spots so that we can see them promptly upon arrival.
+ If your pet has a vaccination or health booklet, please have this out and ready to go for signing.
+ For litters of puppies or kittens and cats, a clean area on a bench or table is often helpful to have set up ready for an examination. For most adult dogs, Dr Brittany will get down on the ground where your pet is most comfortable.
+ What Payment Options Are Available?
For convenience, payment is accepted through Cash, EFTPOS and EFT at the time of the appointment.
+ Is There A Travel Fee?
Travel within 15km of Maryborough CBD is included in the standard service fees. Travel beyond this is charged at $1.50 per KM.
